Billing and Refund Policy

  • Month-to-Month, cancel anytime (via text, call, or email) with a 5-day notice.

  • Please note, this membership will auto-renew each month until cancelled.

  • $40.00 plus $2.74 tax. Additional members are $30.00 plus $2.05 tax and can be added during the sign up process

  • Initial sign-up fee of $15.00, one time cost. 

  • Memberships are billed on the first of each month.

Please text, email, or call us to schedule an appointment to get signed up. Please DO NOT sign up online if you're under 18. Your membership will be cancelled immediately.
